How to boost your immunity and reduce Sinus, Colds and Flu this Winter

Here are some simple tools to help boost your immunity and reduce and clear congestion, not only during the winter months but great for the whole year.

The quick video includes a range of the following:

  • Shaking technique: 1-2 minutes in the morning

  • Drink warm lemon water, fresh lemon, ginger, turmeric and a shot of Fire Tonic in the morning

  • Gentle facial massage and tapping on the sinuses

  • Emotional side of Sinus and Congestion: Is the sinus infection coming from an emotional space. Sinuses are related to frustration, anger, resentment, irritation, repressing emotions, sorrow, unsure how to solve difficult problems, overanalysing, struggle to stand up for yourself, feeling worn out, pulled in many directions.

  • Ear Candling 1-2 times a year

  • Reflexology: Feet, hands and ears, worked remarkably for my Sinus in conjunction with Ear Candling
