Jo was caring and inclusive who took the time to get to know all participant’s individual needs and incorporate them into the program. What a beautiful nurturing and well thought out program that catered for carers needs.  The balance between education, interaction, sharing and activities was perfect.  Jo and Chrissie were aware of everyone’s needs and created a very safe environment for us to drop our guard and be true to our feelings.
